The Utah Jazz unveiled brand-new designs for the franchise’s uniforms and home court on Friday.

Leading the charge is a retro purple jersey that showcases a similar color palette to the organization’s original outfit in 1974 when it was located in New Orleans.

“Purple is back and here to stay,” Jim Olson, president of the Utah Jazz, said in a statement. “This uniform collection features the return of our cornerstone color purple, which will be integral to our new designs in future Jazz seasons. Purple is beloved by our fan base and lives at the core of our identity.”

The team will also suit up in three alternate looks: two yellow-and-black sets and one white, yellow, and black uniform.

The home court at Vivint Arena will complement these changes with two designs, one for the main uniforms and one for the alternates.

The 2023 NBA All-Star Game will be held in Utah and the event’s logo will be featured on the court designs as well.
