The Utah Jazz are willing to listen to trade offers for guard Donovan Mitchell despite previously stating their desire to keep their franchise player, sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Utah is also willing to part with any player on its roster, Wojnarowski adds.

Speaking with reporters earlier in July, general manager Justin Zanik didn’t confirm the team would retain Mitchell next season but was open about their strong interest in keeping him.

“Things evolve in the NBA, so I couldn’t sit here and say anybody is (untouchable),” Zanik said. “We’re trying to build a championship team, but there’s no intent there (to trade Mitchell), at all.”

Rumors around the three-time All-Star’s availability swirled after Utah traded fellow franchise cornerstone Rudy Gobert to the Minnesota Timberwolves earlier in the month.

Mitchell averaged 25.9 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 5.3 assists last season, but questions were raised about his fit alongside Gobert after the Jazz were bounced from the first round of the playoffs for the third time in four seasons.
